Street Design can supply a range of quality tree planters. They can be manufactured in FSC treated softwood, FSC iroko hardwood and galvanised mild steel. They can be manufactured to any plan size and shape and any height. Tree planters can be square or circular and be manufactured to any depth to suit the species of tree. Tree anchors can be fitted to support the root ball and to provide anchor points for guy wires. The planters can be fitted with a 300 micron polythene base lining, hydroleca sacks and plastic filler pipe. The self watering system makes it easier to get the water to the root ball area..

The Grenadier tree planter is a budget planter, suitable for a wide range of planter sizes. It is a horizontal, 145x45mm timber slatted design and can be specified to any straight sided shape, plan size and height. Very large planting areas can be created by supplying the planter in sections for fixing together on site. It can be manufactured from FSC treated softwood or FSC iroko hardwood. They can be left with a natural finish, to help reduce any on going maintenance costs, or be stained with a water based stain, to the colour of your choice.
The planter can be specified with tree anchors, positioned on the inside of the container, at the bottom to support the root ball, or at the top to help support the tree. A watering system can be specified including a 300 micron polythene lining, hydroleca sacks and filler pipe.

The Castleton planter is a standard curved planter, suitable for a wide range of planter sizes and uses. It is a vertical, 95x45mm timber slatted design with tubular steel top capping. They can be specified any shape, plan size and height. The Castleton is particularly suitable for creating circular planters and planters with curved sides, and is suitable for roof gardens, tree planters, barrier planters and raised planting beds. It can be manufactured from FSC treated softwood or FSC iroko hardwood with galvanised mild steel or stainless steel top capping. FSC timber and metal tree planter
Stockport Council specified our Castleton planters for a scheme in the centre of the town. They asked for the planters to have an additional stainless steel tube positioned at the bottom of the planter. The scheme incorporated circular and oval shaped planters of differing plan sizes and heights. The iroko hardwood was supplied with a natural finish and the stainless steel had a brushed finish. The planters included adjustable feet and stainless steel plaques, produced from artwork provided by the council. The planter can be specified with tree anchors, positioned on the inside of the container, at the bottom to support the root ball, or at the top to help support the tree. A watering system can be specified including a 300 micron polythene lining, hydroleca sacks and filler pipe.

The Meridian planter is a premier all metal, vertical slatted design with fluted top, suitable for both circular and square planters. It is suitable for a wide range of planter sizes and uses. It has a 45x10mm rolled to ring with 25x5mm vertical slats and rolled fluted top flats. A galvanised sheet steel inner panel is positioned behind the outer slats. FSC timber and metal tree planter
Street Design worked with Macgregor Smith, landscape architects, to develop the bespoke tree planters for the Giltbrook retail park, in Nottinghamshire. The slatted walling sides were curved on elevation and incorporated a tubular stainless steel top and bottom rail. Because of the close proximity of the car parking, a central box section stainless steel “rubbing” rail was introduced. The curved walling butts up to a 120x8mm stainless steel upright and there are 95x95mm section iroko hardwood corner fillets. The planters were on a galvanised mild steel frame that incorporated adjustable feet and lifting channels. The iroko hardwood was left natural, to reduce the on-going maintenance costs and the stainless steel had a brushed finish. The planter can be specified with tree anchors, positioned on the inside of the container, at the bottom to support the root ball, or at the top to help support the tree. A watering system can be specified including a 300 micron polythene lining, hydroleca sacks and filler pipe.

Plastic and galvanised steel contemporary tree planter
The Gallery HDPE planter is a standard metal and plastic planter, suitable for a wide range of planter sizes and uses. It has a 60x60mm mild steel angle outer frame with high density polyethylene sheet side panels. Very large planting areas can be created by supplying the planter in sections for fixing together on site. The Gallery HDPE planter is suitable for creating roof gardens, tree planters, barrier planters and raised planting beds. The frame can be left galvanised, to help reduce any on going maintenance costs, or it can be polyester powder coated to the colour of your choice. The high density polyethylene sheets are available in a range of colours.
