Seats or benches can be added to many of our planters.
Street Design supply a range of high quality planters with integral seating. They are manufactured in FSC treated softwood, FSC iroko hardwood, galvanised or stainless steel and granite or slate. The planters shown below can be ordered with integral seats or benches manufactured into one or more sides. They can be made to any plan size and shape and any height. These products can be used at street-level or for roof gardens, as floral displays, tree planters and barrier planters.

SEATING |
|
|
Benches can be manufactured in timber and metal, to complement your planters
Street design can manufacture a range of seating to be fitted to your planter. Various materials can be used including: FSC softwood, FSC iroko hardwood, galvanised mild steel and stainless steel. Bench seating can be straight or curved. The straight benches can consist of two wide bench slats or four narrow slats. The curved bench seating can have concentric or radial bench slats. The seating slats will be fixed to either mild steel brackets or ground supports, depending on your requirements. The seating can be finished to match your planter. Timber can be left natural or have three coats of water based stain. Mild steel can be galvanised or polyester powder coated, to the colour of your choice.

It is a horizontal, 145x45mm timber slatted design and can be specified to any straight sided shape, plan size and height. Very large planting areas can be created by supplying the planter in sections for fixing together on site. The Grenadier is suitable for creating roof gardens, tree planters, barrier planters and raised planting beds.

The Castleton is particularly suitable for creating circular planters and planters with curved sides, and is suitable for roof gardens, tree planters, barrier planters and raised planting beds. The timber can be left with a natural finish, to help reduce any on going maintenance costs, or be stained with a water based stain, to the colour of your choice. The metal top capping can be galvanised mild steel, polyester powder coated mild steel or brush finished stainless steel.

All metal urban planter
The Newbury planter is a standard all metal, tubular framed design, suitable for both circular and square planters. It is suitable for a wide range of planter sizes and uses. It has 89mm diameter tubular posts with 48mm diameter horizontal, tubular rails. A galvanised sheet steel inner panel is positioned behind the outer frame. The planters can be left galvanised, to help reduce any on going maintenance costs, or they can be polyester powder coated to the colour of your choice. The inner panels and outer frame can be specified with a different finish. The Newbury planter is suitable for tree planters, barrier planters and raised planting beds.
